The following decoration options are available:

• Embroidery
• Digital Print Heat Press Transfer
• Dye Sublimation Printing
• Supacolour Printing

• Direct to Garment Printing

The most appropriate decoration option depends on the quantity, design and the number of colours.  Minimum quantities apply to some types of printing.  Set-up charges apply.

Embroidery

No minimum quantity.  For logos, a digitizing set-up fee of $85 applies.  For simple names or standard text, no set-up fee applies.  Once we have a logo set-up, no repeat set-up fees apply for up to 12 months.

Digital Print Heat Transfer

No minimum quantity.  Best suited for small orders with simple logos or text with up to three colours.  There are two digital print heat transfer options.  Option 1 is a full colour digital print where we print onto white vinyl and cut out your design then heat press.  This lasts around 30-50 washes before the colour will face.  Option 2 is a coloured vinyl which we cut your design from and heat press.  The range of colours is limited but holds the colour vibrancy much longer.

Dye Sublimation Printing

Minimum quantity of 10 garments.  Dye Sublimation Printing is where your whole garment is printed then cut and sewn.  Dye Sublimation Printing allows for unlimited design options and colours and a range of different fabrics is available, all polyester, from eyelet mesh through to lycra and peach microfibre. Supacolour Printing

Minimum quantity of 20 garments. Supacolour is the newest and most exciting heat transfer which provides super crisp and vibrant prints which are heat pressed onto garments. Supacolour is eco-friendly, has no weeding and provides unlimited brilliant colours and gradients that capture today’s complex design. Supacolour is durable with excellent stretch and rebound with no cracking or fading.

Screen Printing

Minimum quantity of 15 garments.  MORE TO COME
